A passion for graffiti and skateboarding brought Andrew to the San Francisco bay area in 1997. While having a keen interest in exhibiting his work in fine art galleries, Schoultz also has a passion for public murals:
"I have an intense interest in painting large scale imagery on walls in the public space, that address and inform the very diverse audience of the general public, including children, about social and political issues."
Andrew incorporates medieval iconography into his compositions that bring to mind the history of mankind and the world.
Pilliod Records co-published a suite of hand colored wood blocks with Morgan Lehman Gallery in conjunction with his March, 2008 debut show at the gallery
"In Chaos We Become the Ocean".
